Welcome to Shakumbhari Tour & Travels. By booking our taxi or tour services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving complete customer details.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm selected tours or vehicle bookings.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
2. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices may vary during weekends, long weekends, public holidays, festive seasons, and peak travel periods.
- Additional charges such as parking fees, toll taxes, state taxes, permits, or entry tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned.
3. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required before the journey begins.
- Remaining payment, if applicable, must be completed before or during the trip as agreed.
- We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, cash, and other available payment methods.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or no-shows.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Carrying valid government-issued identification when required.
- Following all safety instructions during the journey.
- Respecting the vehicle and maintaining cleanliness.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the customer.
6. Driver & Vehicle
- Vehicles are regularly maintained for passenger safety and comfort.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
- Vehicle replacement may be provided if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
Shakumbhari Tour & Travels shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Landslides
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Vehicle breakdown due to unavoidable circumstances
We will make every reasonable effort to minimize inconvenience.
8. Tour Itinerary
- Tour schedules may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority regulations.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for passenger safety and operational reasons.
9. Luggage
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen luggage or valuables.
10. Liability
While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, Shakumbhari Tour & Travels shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Expenses arising from trip delays, cancellations, or natural events.
11. Website Usage
- All website content, images, logos, and text are the property of Shakumbhari Tour & Travels unless otherwise stated.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
